I recognize that each person is an individual with unique requirements and so I take time to define a personalized nutrition plan rather than using than a ‘one size fits all’ approach.

This process involves several steps:

  • Complete and return a PRE-CONSULTATION FORM and FOOD DIARY (which you can download) from this website at least a few days before your consultation. Please provide as much information as possible about what you normally eat. Pick 3 typical days e.g. 2 weekdays and 1 weekend day. This will assist with analysis of your dietary and nutritional intake. Remember to include details of your health history and any medical test results or medication that you are taking so that I can check for any nutrient interactions or contra-indications with any of your existing conditions or medication.

  • Your FIRST CONSULTATION will last between 1 hour 30 mins to 2 hours. Having researched and analysed your completed FOOD DIARY and PRE-CONSULTATION FORM, I will gather more information from you to formulate a comprehensive strategy for your health. I will explain how your symptoms link to nutritional imbalances to encourage you to change your diet and lifestyle. You will receive a personalised dietary action plan, including lifestyle advice and details of any recommended nutritional supplements. If required, I may recommend non invasive clinical tests to help ascertain any suspected underlying conditions. I may also recommend you seek further tests or advice from your GP or another health professional.


  • Your FOLLOW UP consultation usually takes place 4–6 weeks after your first consultation and lasts about 1 hour. The purpose of the FOLLOW UP is to check progress, feedback any test results, adjust dietary and supplement advice as well as providing continued support and motivation for desired changes. Depending on your case and progress, further FOLLOW UP consultations may be recommended

    As part of each consultation you will be offered in depth body composition analysis using Tanita body composition analysis scales to track your progress regarding fat percentage, bone & muscle mass and hydration levels.
